dossier:Detroit Red's past can only be traced back 2 the time in which the federal government past an act making all non registered super heroes illegal, to the point one could be detained for wearing a mask, partly because there were those in organized crime who adopted their own "heroic" persona's for their own purposes. Among those known criminals who hid their identity's, there were the black tarantula,the infamous jheri james, and the enigmatic detroit red who outlasted them all. With some slick maneuvering red was able to find a loophole in the law and is legally allowed to keep his secret identity. The fed's believe red has taken his operation further underground, using his various enterprises, which include a controversial "meta-fighting" league, a chain of clothing stores, and a video arcade. There has long been a rumor of team of "super gangtsas" led by d-red and the exiled black cosmic hero known as the Meta-Men. Many believe this "Red Team" will be the catalyst for a takedown of detroit red...may the best masked man win.
